Murphy Design was founded on a love of gemstones. Over the years they have built their reputation by pioneering the use of fine quality alternative gem materials. Most all of the pieces that come from the Murphy studio are laboriously hand fabricated with each smith/setter generally completing only one or two pieces a day.
